Command
Composable command menu primitives over cmdk.
Command is the raw cmdk primitive set (shadcn Command parity) — build
palettes, inline command lists, or comboboxes. CommandPalette is the
opinionated ⌘K dialog built on the same engine.

Filtering is cmdk's fuzzy match over value (falls back to the item text).
Keyboard: arrows move, Enter selects, Escape closes (in CommandDialog).
